  49.   WebGraphics Optimizer is a true 32 bit application and 
  50.   therefore supports only Windows 95/98 or Windows NT. 
  51.   WebGraphics Optimizer will not work on earlier versions of 
  52.   Windows like Windows 3.1.

  54.   To obtain a copy of WebGraphics Optimizer, simply download 
  55.   it and double click on it to start the installation
